Round 2: Your character is bloodlusted.

Lots of them. They could take out a pretty much any street lever besides the hax ones. Most of the bricks, even some high tiers.

The US could beat mostly mid-tiers and street-levelers. Anyone around the level of Superman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, The Flash or Green Lantern would stomp every military on Earth combined.

@elderskaar: From what I know America has the universal currency. If the U.S was to fall it would take other countries along with it.

@mikasaackerman: Launching nukes would almost certainly mean the total destruction of 90% of countries, so currency wouldn’t matter in a lawless, irradiated world.

@elderskaar: I don't think nukes would be an option. If they were to launch them means they are basically committing a suicide attack. Don't think it would help much in specifically winning. @mandarinestro: I see. But didn't people launch nukes before?
