This is my scenario. I don't know much about Iron Fist but he seems he would win from what I have seen.
Night Wing, Batman, Batwoman, Tim Drake ,and Green Arrow make a team and disappear waiting to for the best time to strike. Moon Knight goes off and sees Jean-Paul Valley and attacks they fight each other until Jean-Paul knocks him to the ground and is about to kill him win he is shot in the head by Deadpool. Deadpool then offers to team with Moon Knight and he agreeds they then head to a safehouse to plan. Daredevil sees Deadshot and they fight it out until Deadshot shoots him. Joker sees the fight and offers to to team with Deadshot but Deadshot denies and kills Joker. Then Vigilante attacks Deadshot on a horse but Deadshot shoots him off his horse. Meanwhile Iron Fist sees Deadshot as a problem and sneaks up behinds Deadshot and snaps his neck killing him. Punisher is walking down the street when he sees Black Widow he hides in an alley waiting for her to go by she walks buy the alley and Punisher precedes to slit her throat. Punisher then sees a light in the safehouse where deadpool and Moon Knight are. He sneaks up to the window jumps through and shoots Moon Knight. Deadpool goes for his gun but Punisher knocks him out before he can. Then Batmans team sees Punisher but Punisher sees them he shoots at them killing Green Arrow and Tim Drake. Nightwing runs up and gets the gun out of his hands and gets his electric sticks out but is stabbed by Punisher killing him. Batman jumps from the roof glide kicking Punisher knocking him out. Batman and Batwoman then look for Iron Fist who sneaks up behind BW and kills her with his Chi. Batman sees this and attacks him they start fighting but Iron Fist eventually Knocks Batman out.
