Maybe but that 20% they can't stomp would probably tear pretty much the entire Street Fighter roster to shreds. There's noone from Street Fighter that I'd bet against Heihachi on.

Not on one on one, but if those three banded together,
plus the OP doesn't state what versions of characters, like god ryu, god ken, god akuma etc.
@Jorg: What gods? theyre just human beings stop over hyping them the way i see it is Devil Jin will take out Akuma, Kazuya can probably draw Ryu and Heihachi is a complete badass i dont understand why street fighter fan boys over hype the characters to this degree
