Stormwatch (NuDCU) VS Brainiac (Pre-New 52)

Stormwatch is in their ship The Eye of the Storm planing their next operation when suddenly the lights black out as The Engineer looses consciousness.
The lights switch on and The Engineer arises in a state of being infected and controlled by Brainiac along with the entire ship. Brainiac's voice speaks through The Engineer's body stating "I am commandeering this ship to fulfill my objective of assimilating the Earth's information. Your data will be assimilated before your deletion".
BATTLE INTELLIGENCE: MISSION PHASE 1: Brainiac is intent on "deleting" Stormwatch's current roster from existence. Will Stormwatch be able to escape The infected Eye of the Storm with their lives?
MISSION PHASE 2: Stormwatch must infiltrate Brainiac's ship to stop his invasion of Earth, and free their ship and teammate from his control by any means necessary. Will they succeed?

@kadeem: Stormwatch hasn`t dealt with anything like Braniac and it also depends on the versions. It depends if its Pre 52 or New 52.
