Former villain later JLA member. His name really says it all.

In the JLA run he appeared in he really didn't do anything to crazy, but he did show some good control (created a "little disaster" that popped some cop tires, stopped an earthquake on his own) and I remember him blowing up tanks and stuff like that with earthquakes and such.

What's stopping Weather Wizard from creating tornado's in their chests? Or Magneto from ripping the iron out of their blood?
