My personal opinion is that

A.) You can't learn Flame Alchemy in 30 days unless you have a power that allows you to learn things that would take years in a month.

B.) The speed of the attacks is not really a problem I think, but the AoE would certainly need to be nerfed.

C.) Roy also has the ability to pinpoint his attacks in a way that allowed him to boil Envy's eyes so I think that would count against the "affecting an opponent internally" clause.

Honestly I almost chose Roy instead of Scar, but his abilities were questionable in my mind. It's your thread. his attacks can be avoided, King Bradley proved that, but they can possibly break a few limits you've set.

Not to seem rude guy's but it actually wasn't a change. It stated in the OP the "spirit" in which the rule was intended.

To be honest if I "stuck" with the particular skill sets that the Promethius helm had uploaded in canon IMO that would make it way way hax. I mean I've only cherry picked particular skills here out of a whole skill set. The actual helm with all known loaded skills would cover everything I have plus a hell of a lot more.

Let's face it, it's the Helm allows Promethius to solo the JLA.

By the rules established in the OP those would be powers except Strength, Speed/Reactions, Agility, Durability, Stamina, and senses.

Power, Atleast in my opinion. In the comic, he was just vague in the sense he just had the power to kill people no matter what. In the Movie, they had to teach him to use his abilitys, something it talked about him inheriting through his dad and that only a few people could replicate. I mean,if you took his skills, you'd still have amazing accuracy, just not bullet bending control.

Edit: TBH, the Movie's version arguably could be taken either way

ya know, i always feel underpowered choosing only comic characters when everyone else has anime characters with hundreds of abilitys I haven't even heard of.
