Stormphoenix vs Magneto

Storm alone could give him a fight. Adding the Phoenix force makes this spite.

Stormphoenix was supremely powerful. Magneto was among the people who didn't think to defy her despite how corrupt and overbearing she'd become. She most likely stomps here. He gave a green phoenix hard time, but Dark Phoenix would slaughter him.

Why are people stating Storm couldn't beat Magsalone when he, himself has admitted she had the power to defeat him.

Also StormPhoenix in a stomp. The Avengers (including Thor and Strange) and the FF were among the heros that were incapacitated and frozen, orbiting the Earth. Magneto would stand no chance.
