Team 1 for both scenarios....Storm is the major factor int the team's victory....

I'd need to know the conditions they are fighting under, because if i am not mistaken, Storm doesnt just make weather happen (lightning from a clear sky) but she makes the conditions right for them to appear (making stormclouds before the lighting strikes). Even if it only takes her a few seconds, it will be enough for Raven to port in then port them somewhere else.

Reason i go with team two in round one is that despite Storm making Logan pale in comparison when it comes to powers, she is not going to bring those powers to bear, because it would kill the two Titans. That limitation takes away the lightning, leavign Raven with enough time to teleport them both away before returning to assis Beastboy with Logan, probably repeating the feat while Logan is stuck under a whale. 
 
 
Btw, that second shot looked more like Storm having a powerfluke. Also i dont know how Rogue was not fried in the scene, but then again she keeps getting stronger.

Wolverine can easily take Beast Boy. Storm can take Raven, with powerful blasts of Winds and Lightning. Lightning travels 1/2 the Speed of light, I don't see Raven reacting to that.

I agree with u defo on the first scenario.. 2nd scenario will be abit closer but the DC team win this encounter too imo.. "

"Storm doesn't need to get close. Raven doesn't even need to see her coming. Storm keeps the weather chaotic. High winds to obscure vision, keep their scent downwind from BB (though not from Logan!). No vision. Only Logan knows where their adversaries are. Storm keeps both herself and Logan aloft, he points a claw and ZAP.   Or simply Hurricane their butts all the way to Tokyo. Done.  Team one FTW. "
