Hmmmm. I think Zebra should handle Storm pretty easily. He has so many abilities and can do massive damage. Storm has no super durability to my knowledge and Zebra can withstand pretty much anything Storm can use I think.

Does Zebra breathe? Does he have lightning durability? freezing durability? over Hulk level strength? And does he NEED sound to hurt her?

She can win depending on the answer to these questions.

Lol. Storm can't even survive his intimidation.. It worked on the four beast so far back. As said already, zebra can literally kill her with anything.

If he breathes I don't see how he beats her without her simply suffocating him.

Lightning durability also isn't a level, it's a yes or no question (does he have electrical resistance), just saiyan.

I don't know much, but if he needs to breathe and doesn't seem to be as strong as Hulk then I see her playing keep away for the 5 or so seconds she needs to suffocate him.

@darkraiden All those things I said were at Four Beast arc, current Zebura is way above that. Storm would be dead within the five seconds needed, Zebura is fast and can put shields up among other things. Anything Zebura does would kill Storm and he can take anything Storm can do to him, hence all the people saying Zebura stomps or wins easily.

there are characters who need to breath but can hold their breath for hours....so the whole breathing thing is pretty open.

not that current Zebra even needs 5 secs for her, but i see that "5 second suffocate thingy" a lot from you but you know that doesnt work? even if she can actively suck the air out of someone you wont suffocate in 5 seconds because the only way that would work is, if she is able to seperate the bounded/dissolved oxygen out of the blood and i doubt that she can that

She's done it...on panel...and it was stated that the enemy (Magneto) only had seconds to act before they suffocated. Which brings me to the point that shields don't help either.

Zebra seems strong but I don't see him getting past Storm's winds nor her suffocation.

Who is Zebra?

He's a character from the anime Toriko and the strongest of the Shitenou (or Four Heavenly Kings). So basically he's stronger than the main character, Toriko. Zebra can use something sorta like echo location to track targets. Like Hulk, anger helps him out physically. You can just find other stuff on him on his wiki or something like that. Though TBH you need to watch the show/read the manga (well, up until now) to really gauge his full power.

Although I'll say now he can win this battle with medium difficulty to low difficulty even without his sound missile.

no he is not the strongest currently that title is held by toriko currently

congrats she blew away the hulk who only weighs in at 800 pounds toriko Out weighed him as far back as the meck arc

storm is slower than Zebra so he gets the first strike which nukes the crap out of her and even if she survives she can't even begin to match the weather conditions that the toriko verse can put out hell storm would S&*% herself before dying the second she steps into the goremet world

She can manipulate plasma and has caused sunrays to come down in offensive form. So yeah in a way.

and yes raining mountains is a form of weather in the goremt word so is a Living sea that hunts monsters that are continetal + Posion stronger then all the poison in the marval universe combined heavy Iron ran that makes Luffy's elephant rifle gattleing look like a light sprinkle and more and that's just the weather on a good day thats not includeing the mosters that live there

hmmm really Toriko who was at the time easyily mountain class in destructive power and High tier went to the grement world for the first time he did not even make it past the entrance he was basicly kicked around like a rag doll untill the knocking master saved his a$$ and even the knocking master who can stop the toriko world from turning ( which is 10-15 times biger than our planet) with a single punch has to take even the entrance seriously
