@ghostravage: Prove me wrong. Storm has enough in her arsenal to provide a solid offense and defense to all their abilities. (Most of which requires them to be in close range) They are all vulnerable to her powers and she has flight and maneuverability (enough to dodge BP's laser that could one shot the X-jet)

Robin only needs 2 seconds to snap her neck. Luffy only needs 2 seconds to bust her back with a jet pistol. Zoro only needs 3 seconds to Santoryuu Onigiri w/e he says her ass to Oblivion... At least 3 character can one shot her, not to mention, is not like they will stand there looking for treasures while Storm gets all the air out... Im pretty sure they can hold their breath for 5 seconds. DUH

@ghostravage: Storm's powers work at the speed of thought. In those two seconds it would take them to "one shot" her there will already be an elemental barrage that they won't be able to stand against.

Luffy has precognition, even when she starts to think about it, Luffy will be behind her saying GOMU GOMU NOOOOO... Nonetheless, Robin hands on her neck. She's not beating the crew. She is not fast enough.

@enzeru: Lol thanks for the break down. I'm still not seeing any evidence that Robin is quicker on the draw than Storm she only has to think for her powers to activate which is a clear advantage for her.

Precognition abilities are helpful in prep but Luffy isn't a telepath she won't be reading Storm's minds and she's not anticipating lightnig strikes coming from multiple directions.

@enzeru: I can see your point but Storm has way too many advantages that the team do not have.

Yeah, in a 1 on 1 between the two of them it would be a tricky call, because it would depend on who makes the first move. If Robin does it, Storm might be in shock for a moment, when she sees arms coming out of her body and grabbing her. If morals are off though and she doesn't even care and straight up goes for the kill, she should hit Nico Robin first.

I can agree with it coming to a quick draw between these two but I give Storm the edge solely due to her powers activating at the speed of thought. No one in The Straw Hat Crew will be able to anticipate any of her weather phenomena.

I'm not familiar with Nico Robins durability, but I see few of the other Strawhats surviving such a lightning bolt. Their durability is just ridiculous. Most of them are not regular people anymore. They're from a universe, where someone like Zorro, who is just a guy, can lift ... mountains with proper training.

Storm has managed to hurt 100 tonners such as Hulk, Rulk, Colossus, Juggernaut etc. with her powers so I don't see any of the crew save Luffy surviving a enduring her lightning when she has no morals. Her lightning has destroyed the X-jet in one shot and has drilled a hole through miles of earth.

And even if they all die Luffy has the speed, strenght and hell even the ruthlessness to kill Storm with his barrage of fists, which cover a wide space and I don't see Storm dodging that. Even with morals on for Luffy, I think he might overestimate Storms durability and just punch her, which would still end in a killing blow, because that guy casually destroys walls with his fists and levels towers with his kicks.

Luffy's stretching ability certainly does not out reach Storm's connection to the environment (which spans as far as the entire earth) I just don't see Luffy standing against her at all. She could create a localize cat. 5 hurricane and completely wipe the battlefield out with no morals.

That one bolt (which pales in comparison to what Storm can produce) nearly killed her. She didn't tank it or was able to anticipate it like someone tried to mention before. If a bolt that minor is enough to knock her out then she is definitely a non factor.

speed of peak human thought is really not that impressive.

Quite the contrary, her powers activate as fast as she thinks which means at an instance she can conjure any form of weather phenomena on a whim. She's been able to counter energy based attacks with her winds and lightning alone.
