It doesn't matter what he can do. In a REAL fight, Silver Surfer could end her. But 1. He wasn't trying to fight her the first time, and 2. The second time, he just grabbed his head. It's Stardust she "ripped" apart.
Its not debatable. Starfire was training to fight battles while Storm was a pickpocket. Storm has been in the comics for 7 more years which roughly translates to a year of superheroing in comic time if not less. That doesn't make up for the difference between a decade of training under the best warlords in the DCU compared to taking money from tourists.

But, Storm is older than Starfire is. LOL. I'm pretty sure that, time-wise, when Storm was a pickpocket, Kory wasn't even born yet.

The first half isn't exactly true. We don't know who all she had to defend them against...........................................then again, I only know of Deluge.
I think Storm would take this... Both women have a lot of combat experience, so I don't think that would be a big factor. And for what Storm lacks in experience in comparison to Starfire,if this is true, she more than makes up for it in natural skill and power. SF tamaranean physiology allows SF to absorbs solar energy and ultraviolet radiation but that's not the same as pure lightning. She isn't immune to lightning, at least from what I have read on her, and wouldn't get past Storm's wind or air pressure attacks.

She wouldn't have to because Kory will just blast Storm first but if it came down to it, I don't see why she wouldn't be able to. Starfire can fight in space without moving atmospheres around. I don't imagine Storm's pressure attacks or winds would be a whole heck of a lot of help. A starbolt will just go right through it and rip Storm in two.

I'd assume that if tamarans age at the same rate, Storm is 1 to 3 years older than her. Not much.
