No morals for both.
Both sides have full knowledge on each other.

im not sure on what skaar can do with the old power in terrakinesis but if he can control the earth like lifting up rocks and such he can win at this distance but if its just like creating fissures no, 100 feet away lol storm would win as she can spam lightning and such even though it might not effect him as he can also enhance himself with the old power so everything she throws is uselss storm could simply stay in the air and keep massive winds to defend herself from him super jumping at her. But id give it to skaar maybe as hes eventually gonna get her if hes got more stamina and he can throw things at her anyway.

I have no idea but he did amp his hits to several trillions of tons per hit with his Oldpower.

I am not sure who wins yet. Storm's lightning and winds can destroy and deflect earth projectiles, and she has also created a dome of air pressure that deflected falling pieces of earth and then she cut through a mountain with it. On the flipside if Skasr can enhance his durability beyond the point of her powers being able to effect him, then I think it would be a stalemate. She has used surgical lightning strikes on the green hulk, who I believe was a 100 tonner, to overload his synapses and to jump start his heart but I don't know if this would work on Skaar once he increases his physical durability with the old power.

He was able to draw 100 trillion tons of kinetic force to knock father from LA to West Virgina, he launched the Juggernaut into outer space, and he's been able to stand toe to toe with the Thing with a smile on his face. The only thing I think Storm has on him is battle experience...but I don't know how she'd be able to contend with Skaar's raw power. And there's the fact of Skaar surviving and fighting in the harsh element of Sakaar since he was an infant. I think Skaar has the slight advantage here...slight.

Storm also has to abide by the physics of nature...that sound stupid but hear me out. She can creat a tornado but only maintain it for a certain amount of time because of the amount of avalible oxygen. She cant create the conditions of Saturn (you know pretty much just bad) and mantain it on Earth for like an hour because the conditions of the planet do not work for her.

I haven't seen anything from Storm to indicate she could counter 100 trillion tons of force being directed at her but I am not clear on if this force was energy or was it earth being propelled by force? I am not sure if a case can be made for Storm being able to hurt him but I am not sure if he can nail her while she is in the air either if he can only redirect pieces of earth at her.

Well if it comes to projectile fight then this could go to Skarr because if he throws a mountain at her she's boned. Not to mentiont he Old power allowed him to open up the ground and project magma

She has cut through mountains with her pressure dome before. She doesn't have to evade of try to redirect it, she can simply fly and cut her way through it. And even if he pulled up magma, how does that stop her from redirecting it with her winds? Not saying I think she wins but I haven't heard anythig that he can do with his old power that she can not counter, deflect or evade.
