I'm interested in seeing what Plastic Man can do. His DC wiki states he's immortal,resistant to energy blasts and can regenerate at an accelerated rate but it's a wiki-site so...scans would be good. I don't see a defense for the air removal from his lungs or being incapacitated by being frozen.

HOw can he not defeat storm. I am sure he has the power to get close to Storm and turn into Various Objects . She cant even kill him. All it take is one hit from PLastic man. HE could shrink get in your blood streams then what? You might need to look at plastic man comic appearance and feats

Plastic-man held his own against Fernus. Tore a guy up from the inside. He's immortal. Can turn into almost any object. Super stealthy. Able to withstand extreme temperatures if he is serious. He wins. Storm's feats dont come close.
Invulnerability: Plastic Man's powers extraordinarily augment his durability. He is able to withstand corrosives, punctures and concussions without sustaining any injury (although he can be momentarily stunned). He is resistant to high velocity impacts that would kill an ordinary person, resistant to blasts from energy weapons (Batman once mentioned that he could presumably even withstand a nuclear detonation), and is completely bullet proof. His bodily mass can be dispersed, but for all intents and purposes it is invulnerable.
Regeneration: He is able to regenerate and/or assimilate lost or damaged tissue, though it does take a long time, its far faster than an ordinary human.
Telepathic Immunity: As stated by Batman (in JLA #88), "Plastic Man's mind is no longer organic. It's untouchable by telepathy." (Mostly immune to mind control. It's unknown if Batman meant that Plas is immune to just mind control or to telepathy altogether from that point on...considering Plas's history with mind scans, mind wipes, and the use of J'onn's telepathic link).
Immortality: Plastic Man does not appear to age; if he does, it is at a rate far slower than that of normal human beings. In the aftermath of the JLA story Arc "Obsidian Age", Plastic Man was discovered to have survived for 3000 years as little more than crumbs on the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean. He is now over 3000 years old and is still active as a superhero.n an ultrasonic frequency is triggered.

I wouldn't mind seeing some scans of him. Could change my opinion. I looked for some feats for him but couldn't find a showing that gives him a defense from several of her attacks that she can use to incapacitate him. And his getting close to Storm is debatable considering she can deflect him with her winds and fly at high speeds. All she has to do is incapacitate him, not kill him. She can flash freeze him solid, hit him with freezing rains or remove his air to incapacitate him. Does he not need to breathe? Or does he have showings that he can't be frozen? Resisting temp extremes doesn't mean he can't be frozen, shattered and then disbursed all over the place, though disbursing or shattering, if is possible, him may not be something Storm would do with morals on.
Storm in my opinion, because even if she doesn't use cold, lightning is still very hot. Plastic might not conduct electricity well, but being hit by lightning would burn/melt.

That wouldn't work. She's not claustrophobic anymore. Or at least to the level it would incapacitate her.

Well when she and Gambit teamed up she was in worse conditions than that and she was normal. Even mentioned how Professor Xavier had taught her techniques to cope with it.
