The Planner did not plan this very well ... I jest.

This is kind of spite ... storm should take this. You would have to handicap storm for this to be a decent fight like very close starting range and no flight .. and maybe a bit more IMO.

red world trap her with his carbonite tentacle things and then she would call in lighning to strike and the tentacles would work as lightning rods which would electriute him and disable him

This battle occurred during the 90's series TV show. The team was battling Omega Red and the only way he could be stopped was by Storm freezing him in a block of ice, thus placing him back into a cryogenic sleep. Storm wins in less than a minute.

Storm can flash-freeze him from an undefined distance. She doesn't have to be near him at all.

@greenteaforme: the op didnt specify the distance between them so im assuming a couple of feet. so it comes down storm being fast enough to increasing the distance between them before the spores or the tentacles get her.

Arkady isn't immune to electric based attacks.
