Psi Lord Franklin enslaved Galactus and made him his herald so he stomps.

Given the fact that he was able to transmutate blast from celestials directed at him, i think Franklin could handle, rain hail or storm that Storm could muster. Also i am assuming we are using Kid version correct? Because agaisnt Adult Version she is completely, totally , helpless.
