I do not think either of them could survive more than a thunder strike,but distance matters because if they can attack storm (even one of them) before she uses her powers Strom would be in big trouble.

Cyclone might be the only real problem but overall Storm takes this on both counts

storm goes down badly. stop it with the lightning. she is NOT thor. she can do it once, maybe twice but that's it. she needs to focus to do it. terra is no slouch and ice is pretty darn good with ice. and cyclone and fire backing them it is a WIN.

Do they have prep? Where do they all start in relation to each other? Is Storm already in the sky?

Without some mitigating conditions, I'm pretty sure Storm can outsmart all four of these ladies.

Storm can basically counter whatever the four throw at her.

This is incorrect. Storm does not need to be at Thor's level to battle these ladies, and her powers work instantly (no focus needed) and she can unleash multiple bolts all at once.

Not saying Storm doesn't win, but Ice does have basic weather manipulation. Not on Storms level of course. It could however hinder Storm for some time.

How? Any feats for Ice in this regard?

Just simply meant that if Storm doesn't get the weather like she wants to, then getting the things like lightning and hurricanes can be hard and in that time the others can take her.

It's all good :-). I respect your opinion and understand your point of view (with or without scans).

My take is - Their main advantage is their numbers and they are all fairly powerful with varied abilities, so they do have a decent shot (at least in round 1). They can also try and vie for control over their mutual elements to try and distract her focus while the others can try and strike the KO blow.

However I think the team lose both rounds. She doesn't need time to execute her powers (only unnatural or large scale applications require time and concentration). Storm's execution speed with respect to her powers is as fast as she can think. She's generated tornadoes and flash-freeze effects in the time it takes to blink (lightning fast enough to block close range energy blasts). She can nail everyone present simultaneously with lighting and can still defend against their attacks.

On top of that the OP is giving everyone here 10 minutes prep, and while no one present is a prep master (like Batman or BP), Storm is the most skilled tactician and strategic thinker present. And I doubt they could out muscle her in their mutual elements if it came down to it, though I don't see the fight going that route.

Whoever hits first IMO.

Storm wins in both rounds. Storm is just too powerful and experienced.

The team being more people is basically why I think they win the first round. I'm not a big Storm fan so I don't know a lot about her, but I can't imagine her going for lightning at the beginning, but Fire I think would start attacking full force. And even when Storm goes for the lightning Ice probably would tank the first and Fire might phase it. But Terra probably is the one Storm would look out for the first with her controlling the ground.

I think the team would win 6-7/10 in the first round, but Storm would take 7-8 in the second.
