@pastepotpete: lol not even on the best day of his life. Storm would beat Electro quite effectively.

I'm pretty sure Electro can absorb any electrical attack directed against him, especially the more powerful iterations of him. Having said that Storm still has other ways of beating him, and Gobby doesn't stand a snowball's chance.
