I'm thinking Team 1. As a grounded brick, Fairchild doesn't bring too much to this fight and Magneto has more control of his power and experience against TP/TK users than Battalion has experience dealing with skilled energy manipulators. Battalion might could take down Storm, but he wouldn't get far with Magneto.

Since both of Team 1 are flyers and Fairchild isn't, this is essentially a 2 on 1 against King.  Team 1 takes it pretty easy.

@Buckshot: he has fought the authority several times before, I think he has experience.

A morals off battle could go either way on some levels with a telekinetic but I think Magneto and Storm should most likely win here, especially if they are cutting loose with no care of the consequences. Both have experience dealing with powerful telepaths and telekinetics, showing resistance to TP and the ability to counter TK as well. And either can simply BFR Fairchild, sending her into space (unless she can survive there), pull the air from her lungs or increase the pressure in them to blow them up or reverse her blood flow for the kill.

No one on the Authority manipulate energy like Magneto does. Quantum is the closest (but well above him) and Jackson wouldn't ever try to match her in a TK battle. When he faced her he opted for mind control, something Magneto is prepared to deal with. Magneto beats him on a small scale and a large scale. It's not that Jackson's a chump (or lacks general experience), but Magneto is an expert.
