Hulk can be taken down by the four and magneto by jean anything he can do she can do better, she has tk which can do anything that his magnetic control can do basically
Hulk can be taken out by Jean, she did it once xmen #66, or she could make him join the team.Full powered magneto can stop the blood in their brain to keep them from using their powers, I think he'll hide behind his shield and attack them.
