Clayface, scarecrow, and Batman could give this to them Bats.

Batman and his rogues gallery would most likely lead Batman into a trap during the fight.

What I would imagine is that Batman would then use his powers of persuasion to tell the rogues to target the other team, while he stays behind to free himself using his top-tier escapology skills. When either side are done they would most likely be too tired to continue, and Batman can simply knock that team out.

Marvel team wins. How are they going to put down Bishop? Black Panther has vibranium. Storm is a BAMF, she could freeze Clayface.

I can see a chance for the rogues with some prep (poisons from Ivy or scarecrow gas in the air before they get there maybe, try to snipe them from range) but I'm sure it'd be enough.

Team Marvel for the majority IMO. A morals off Storm would decimate here and just wipe NYC off the map. How would any of the batman rogues survive that?

Al Ghul/Riddler/Calendar Man/Joker/Hush/Mad Hatter/Hugo/Scarecrow/Black Mask/Dent are all prep masters

Penguin/Great White/Maxie/Scarface are gang leaders

Zsasz is a handful

Going with Batman and his lackeys.

Between Isely, Sionis, Prometheus, Clayface and Scarecrow it should be easy pickings.

Prometheus alone can probably solo. At hte very least, take Black Panther and bishop by himself.

I think the Batman team can win this. Rogues like the Scarecrow, Ivy and Mad Hatter could affect their opponents minds, making the fight more difficult for Marvel. There are some major brains here too, Deathstroke, Prometheus and Batman have been able to come up with some smart ways of taking down his opponents and with prep and teamwork (I assume they are willing to work together) I think they could think of ways to counter Storm's attacks (Black Panther did) although I'm no Strom expert so do enlighten me (perhaps she could take everyone out in one sweep but would she do that while she has teammates near by). Also, the numerous crime bosses could provide an army of henchman which would be useful. And, finally, Victor Zsasz could say "I have a special spot just waiting for you" in order to provide a distraction.

Batman and rogues 8/10.

A no morals BP and storm is lethal, but giving prep to bats n rogues also made them lethal.

"In character"? Only bats would have the morals. Most of other guys here are insane,lol.

Deadshot n DS can snipe team marvel far far away.

Scarecrow can flood streets with his gas.

Bane on full venom can take bp.

Prometheus also can beat him as well as fix bishop.

Joker n Harley will provide very good distractions.

Ra's alghul can bring his league of assassins here to this fight.

Scarface ,blackmask or penguin can bring their henchmen too.

And at last batman with his hellbat suit.

I give Bat team a slight majority because of Clayface, DS, Ivy, and Bats. Honestly with who's on Marvel team and morals off the rest of the rogues would probably be dead inside of 5 minutes anyway.

Storm overcharges Bishop before the fight and he acts like an human energy gun.

Black Panther gives High Technology stuff to the team.

Then as soon as the fight begins, they get BFR'ed to the ghost zone and locked away forever until the end of time.

I am pretty sure half of those guys will die in the first minutes of the fight.

Batman and his rogues. There are plenty of people that could be trouble for Team Marvel alone.

Just a few can resist the lightning and tornadoes of storm (maybe) that will clean the place fast.

It's called the Ghost Key, and one touch can BFR anyone he wants to the Ghost Zone. Since the Battle does not specify how it needs to be won, Prometheus is open to BFR options. Which he has.

They can just wait than Storm destroys most of them with a Tornado and maybe move inside a Tornado if she can protect them of the effects.
