IIRC (its been a while so I might not remember clearly) Stitch was easily a 10+ tonner (lifting cars, boulders and stuff) and was tanking lasers. Plus wildmutt wasn't very physically threatening IIRC. The only way I see Wildmutt winning is if he makes very good use of his enhanced senses. Stitch for majority.

Sadly, Stitch stomps.

Stitch was taking plasma gun fire like a boss and in his fight with Leroy (Jenkins :p) they where throwing parts of the wall at each other and was surviving explosion with no noticeable damage

Probably Stich unless Wildmutt got a boost of some sort.

Wildmutt was never too impressive when I used to watch Ben 10.
