Ra's. He was able to evenly fight with batman despite Batman's armor and gadgets. Stick was better than Matt but would have gotten beaten by Batman.

And Stick is probably able to use a sword but no feats so Ra's.

Yeah, Ra's was winning against Bats up until he ironically stopped paying attention. I'm leaning towards him.

I'm going with Stick. He was schooling Matt and Matt would trash Ras.

The Nolanverse generally isn't good for fights, as it was pretty realistic most of the time and can't keep up with real comic-like feats.

I'd say round 1 goes to Stick and Round 2 to Ra's.

Which are the feats of Ra's with his sword?

When they fought on the ice it was training, they weren't fighting to the death or anything, and Bruce hadn't had half as much training or experience and didn't have any of his Bat-gear. When they fought on the train, Batman easily dismantled his sword.

Neither Stick nor Ras have many feats...

@snake-white: Stick has absolutely no feats with a sword so judging by that Ra's should definitely win.

I don't think Ra's getting his sword destroyed is bad, batman made his gauntlets specifically for that purpose. It doesn't say much about Ra's skill, or show a lack of skill. Still more than Stick.

I think Ra's loses to Stick in hand-to-hand. He'd probably win the sword fight because, as people have said, we haven't seen Stick use swords. Having said that, the feats Ra's does have with swords are training Bruce and then losing his sword to Bruce, which does make me think that Stick still has a chance, given his incredible skill with a cane, but making assumptions is the worst way to analyse a fight. As for the unarmed round, considering Stick has enhanced senses, making stealth attacks far less effective, his superior experience, having been around for longer, and his overall skill, which was simply more impressive than what Ra's was capable of, i'd say he wins the fist fight after a good bout.

I believe Ra's is better with weapons than he's with H2H , that's why I'll give Stick the edge in the H2H fight .
Ra's fights better with gear and uses dirty ways when being dominated , I give him the swords fight .

Stick fought H2H against Matt as an adult but he beat kid Matt up with both his cane and escrima sticks. His unarmed showings are far superior.

Also for all those saying Stick has no sword feats at all? That is incorrect. Stick killed a guy in his first scene with a sword. Sadly that guy can't be used as any measuring stick to gauge Stick's skill.

With season 2 feats included I'm going with Stick both rounds in a close fight. I feel that S1 Daredevil is better than Nolan Batman by a small gap and while Stick did have Batman pinned, Batman had a beam fall him earlier and was bleeding when Alfred got him to the Batcave so he might not have been at 100% and even then the fight was more of a back and forth until the end. Stick had the upper hand against Matt for about two thirds of the fight.

And with their swords Stick has more feats like killing a couple of Hand ninja and fighting Elektra.

Both are fairly decent martial artists/swordsmen, but Ras being the younger and stronger man has the stamina for a longer fight.

Ra's definitively wins. Beating Batman > matching/losing to season 1 Daredevil.
