Stewie Griffin Vs Dexter - Battles

I know Jimmy Neutron's IQ is nowhere near Stewie's, so I changed Dexter's opponent to Stewie.
So all in all, will Stewie be able to take down Dexter?

VS.

If Dexter has his Dexobot, then Stewie is allowed to have a robot equal in strength.

Dexter would win. Dexter's level of genius is greater than Stewie's as of right now...

I believe in the end, Dexter would probably take Stewie under his wing as his protege
