Steel vs Rulk

Fight is in Metropolis,moral on,standard levels.

yeah no contest.  Unless Steel is IN ironworks with his niece also in Costume and about 2 hours forewarning. Then its a tad closer to a draw cuz Steel's got some pretty bad@$$ $#!T in his lab.
 But Steel is a DC B-list who they treat like a C-list. He's smarter than Ironman, but with less of the Bullcrap that makes Tony so dominant. And Rulk is a Hulk, instantly making him more than a match for anyone who isnt near-Superman caliber.

Well steel is only capable of lifting 70 tons in his armor, while having flight he's not very fast. And he doesn't have many long range attacks, much less any that I believe will put rulk down.

Why is everyone hating on Rulk so much. His new series rocks...he isn't the character he was.
