15 minutes prep, huh? Steel borrows the Claw of Horus and uses that hand to throw his badass Kinetic Hammer, sending Creel into Martian orbit. His team then runs roughshod over Creel's teammates. That, and he and Plastic Man work very well together.

Off the top of my head, I'd probably start with Grant Morrison's JLA Vol. 1. during the very first encounter with Prometheus. If I think of more, I'll gladly post them later!
