Static vs Penance

Static faces off against current Speedball. They fight in Dakota. This is an in character fight and they start off 60 feet apart.

Who wins?

I've only seen Speedball in New Warriors. What else can he do?

@blackwind: As Penance, he could do the following while in pain:

-release destructive pulses of kinetic energy

-emit concussive blasts of kinetic energy

I forgot what else he can do. Thankfully, current Robbie does not need to be in pain to use the aforementioned powers.

@shiryu: Sounds okay. Though I'd need to know at what level he can do those things.

@blackwind: I don't have a good basis to measure him against. All I can say is his control over kinetic energy is far greater than that of Gambit.

I don't want this thread to die too soon; I'll find some Penance scans later today.

Off topic but I feel pretty bad for Speedball, 'cuz torture suit and everything...
