Round 1: Terra is not wearing Slade's suit

Round 2: Terra is wearing Slade's suit and receiving help through the suit. Static cannot manipulate the suit

Static Shock was such a good show. He wins he had way better showings than anything Terra did in Teen Titans even though Terra did take out the titans he has way more versatility and power not to mention the home field advantage.

The name is just Static.

Static from what I remember is more impressive.

Static takes this. More versatile, faster, better range attacks, better flight, and his reflexes were top notch. I'd also say he's more combat experienced since he's assisted the Justice League, Batman a few times, and Superman.

Isn't Terra more or so a ground type? In which case Static should have no effect on her.

@uchiha454: Also he faced genius techheads on numerous occassions I think were a bit harder to deal with than Slade considering he designed a weapon to literally lock on to his eletrical aura and unrelentingly stalk him. Also if it's him at the end of the series he always has Richies brilliant mind on com.

Oh yea I remember Brainiac was one of them also IIRC static took on members of the JL under his control that outclasses any opponent Terra has faced by a large margin

Oh, the animated version? Static loses both. Teen Titans characters tend to be more powered than Static's, including himself. Terra alone gave the entire Titan team trouble.

@gunswordfist_: And Static had to take one the Justice league. Terra took them on indivdually she didn't fight them all at once, in the end when they all had her surrounded she was pretty much done for. I don't remember the exact scenario but Slade was controlling her and they all locked on to her so she wouldnt do whatever it is and Raven says "It'll be the last thing you ever do" she was not a threat to the entire titans team so long as they were together, that's why Slade made him split them up. As a matter of fact Robin held his own against her and even had her on the ropes, if it weren't for morals he may not have even lost to her.

@cascadeking09: Static's nemeses are what? Firestreak and Ebon? Terra destroy Firestreak and Raven literally can do everything Ebon can and then some and she still beat her. I say Terra overwhelms him.

It is worth noting that Terra only beat the Titans because she caught them by surprise and they were holding back. As soon as they stopped and she didn't have that psychological advantage, she ran away because she knew she was getting stomped.

Static is far more experienced and less sloppy then Terra is, with or without Slade helping. He could probably even short circuit her suit and cut off their connection. Or just static cling her to a wall and blast her.

Hotstreak actuall. But no, Static doesn't really have a "nemesis". I think the biggest threats he faced were Specs & Tapper, who worked for a billionaire company with the best and most expensive technology which they used every chance they got to take out Virgil. You're using abc logic though, Static is not Ebon, Specs, Trapper, Hotstreak, Raven, or any of them he has his own unique set of powers. How is Terra going to overwelm him? He can literally make a shield out of his electric aura to block anything she throws his way, his speed is definitely superior to hers as long as he's on his saucer, and has used his powers to completely melt the hinges off of a steel vault door.

Good timing I just finished static shock. Static comfortably, he has better control and his more often than not shown to be very smart so even if Terra earth gave her an advantage he could bypassed it. He manage to face a nerfed (brainiac fault) justice league alone which is better than Terra getting stomped by the titan once they stopped playing nice.
