Just because he's new doesn't mean the writer is going 'show out' with him. This is just an assumption. Static is still a teenager in DC, according to McDuffie, and he still has a lot to learn and a lot of power to gain. There's nothing in those scans that suggests that he blew up the Tower by himself.

Those are the pages AFTER Static electrocuted Cyborg. Look at my post again, and read it carefully.

Anyway, there's enough on-panel evidence to prove that he didn't blast a hole through the roof of the Tower. It was Bombshell's quantum blasts (since that's what they look like). If it was Static blowing a hole through the Tower, we'd see a powerful lightning bolt, not an energy blast from Bombshell. It's pretty obvious, since Static's attacks aren't that color.

@Dreb345:  There's no such scan. I have the comic, smart guy. Static doesn't blow out the Tower. Bombshell does. There's broken windows, but no electricity covering the Tower, like you're saying.
 
Seriously, if I didn't have the comic, where would get the scans?

Dude i dont think you do cause you are wrong. look at the frame with the titan tower. You see smoke before that there is frame with static blowing out the tower from the inside all blue and bright electricity surrounds the tower. (decent art work). If you have open the comic and look. I promise you I am looking at it as I type and once you look at the comic I want to see Dre B you are right and i am wrong no excuse homie just I was right and you were wrong lol

@Dreb345: I'm not wrong. Static isn't blowing out the tower from the inside. There was electricity surrounding the room that he was trapped in when he said that Cyborg should have killed him first (in the scan you posted earlier), and on the next page, Cyborg gets electrocuted, the Tower has smoke rising from it, and then the Tower gets blown out by Bombshell. 
 
I'm looking at it now, wondering what you're looking at. There is no page showing the Tower surrounded by electricity. At all.
 
So, Dre B, you're incorrect.

No,he cannot.Static would win this rather quickly as I said he is used to tangle with Pyrokines,granted that the one he is used to has less fine control than pyro,but he does not need external fire sources,nor special equipement,plus that guy is way more durable than pyro,so yes static wins this one rather fast.

dude not the same. look under the cyborg in the scan u posted there is debris there and smoke that came from static's explosion. than Bomb shell broke out. the chick could even break out until static took out all the electricity in the tower with that strong blast. you dont even see cyborg saying no you cant which is the frame above the explosion.

I see what he means but it isnt a explosion that is kinda an over exaggeration it is kinda like a bunch of electricity blowing out pushing mad stuff out right before that you see cyborg/jercho struggling to control static. you can say it is a minor implosion. next you see cyborg who is in New York still suffering from the electrical feedback. after that you see the aftermath of statics attack than boom you bombshell and the other titans flying out of the tower. it is implied static's attack freed them.
