@sromero78: a field or electrical current that can split water molecule. In this case a field that can change Hydroman from a liquid into hydrogen and oxygen molecules.

I'm trying to see if Static can get a brief incapacitation win.

@sromero78: thanks. Then I'm not sure who takes it atm. Static has force field that should be able to handle slightly enhanced strength, plus his gliding to keep them at a distance. I'll check this one out again to see if anyone has a strong case for either.
