Black Lightning for a majority.

Physically cole is superior to both. Being a conduit allows for enhanced physical attributes such as strength, durability, stamina, etc. So if it comes down to a brawl with be cole or black lightning.

Their are suble differences in powers amongst the three. Statics powers stem farther in electromagnetism then the other two so manipulation of metals and flight with definitely help, unfortunately he has the lowest power output as well.

Cole electric powerset is more versatile than BL's but less than statics, hie output is vice verse. However, he also has other powers not stemming from electrokinesis that the others will have a hard time defending against.

BL here has the most experience, highest output of energy, as well as immunity.

It would come down to cole or BL, BL due to experience

Cole is not immune to electrical damage. I believe Black Lightning is, however.

@jedixman: then again it may not be the electricity itself but the concussive force of said electricity that he is susceptible to. Like HT being in an explosion, it wouldn't necessarily be the fire but the force of the explosion that could hurt him you know?
