Static and the half god, Percy win. Percy is invulnerable cept for a weakspot on him. Static has a flight advantage, more experience fighting and has a longer battery life. Static could just blast/electric carry him into water.

@janthony1221: iirrelevant if percy has been shown to take a lightening spear blast from a daughter of zeus point blank and yet still get up only mildly frazzled plus within water hes healing and other abilities would increase tenfold. i believe all that would happen is that static would hold of cole while percy mops the ocean floor with aqualad and then team up on coel to stomp him down Team 1 for the win
