Sidious was faking weakness when he was facing Starkiller
You can see this because when they are contesting their lightning, that Sidious walked away unscathed but Starkiller died.
Starkiller is a joke in lightsaber dueling and only won in TFU through circumstances. Kota was distracted by a vision. He had to resort to a style Brood was unfamiliar with to win, and I believe Shaak Ti was beating him in a duel too in the book.
He did not pull down a star destroyer. It was already falling. You can even tell because he struggles to hold it in position as its crashing down next to him, and in the book he almost got KO'd from doing that. Vader would be the master if he was more powerful than Sidious.
Sidious is much faster than everyone here and much more powerful in the force.
Here he ragdolls two people that are just as powerful force-power wise as starkiller and vader.
Here he force chokes Dooku from planets away.
The prep will do nothing. Sidious has precognition and could sense the attempt on his life and the future with great detail way before they start their plan.
Sidious speed blitzes both of them.
Sidious shoots lightning at Vader and TK's Starkiller with insane ease.
Sidious blasts them both with lightning and kills them with insane ease.
Sidious TK's both of them with insane ease.
Sidious force crushes/chokes them both with insane ease.
