you just dont get it, the replicators could quickly start taking over ships, and star wars has no known defence against asgard beaming technology, giving the advantage of beaming nukes aboard their ships, destroying many at a time. You star wars geeks dont give enough credit to the superior technology of stargate. You think, oh look the death star can destroy planets, but unfortunatly it can be destroyed by one puddle jumper in stealth mode. Goa'ulds can take over bodies of anyone in the star wars universe, and take control of forces.

i didnt say it did, and we are debating the stargate i have in mind, not the current stargate. Like i said all races at height of power. Which means it would be from different eras. Which is why i said it this wat, if it had just been current era the show took place in, then it would be a huge stomp for the stargate universe, because the thousands of ascendeds would destroy anything star wars have, any they would have no way to even hurt them.

omg, you dont know anything about replicators do you. It's what they do, taking over ships and assimilating their technology. They would obviously be able to take over ships, and to think they wouldnt is ludacris. Before you ignorance and complaining get any worse, go actually watch some episodes of stargate. it's clear I have seen a lot more of star wars then you have seen stargate.
We've been over that before too. To take over a ship, they need to board it first, and that's not easy with several hundred ships attacking you at the same time.

the sangraal wasnt an energy weapon, it was meant to nulify their energy. not to mention that the star wars universe wouldnt have access to that weapon.
because it was a very specific weapon, they arent normal energy. the only person that knew how to even create the weapon was merlin/myrrdin who was ascended, and descended to create it. It also had to be pieced together virtually, which took a long time in itself.

The piecing together was a standard ancient construction process, nothing weird about that. If the energy can be harnessed thorugh a device built out of ordinary this world materials, then why can't the users of the nigh magical force re create it?

i didnt say you knew a lot about stargate, but what it is, is that it is woefully inadequate. If you go and actually watch it, you would most likely change your mind, and not just youtube highlights.

we obviosly wont agree on which is stronger, so let's go back to the original convo. I did forget one thing that stargate tech has. They have technolgy to phase out of reality, which makes them unhitable. They phased out the whole earth in an alternate universe when the ori attacked.
aslong as they have the device, and since Carter can make them, there would be no reason they couldnt. All they would have to do is lure them into even number battles, or even use them in tandem with replicators to get them onboard SW ships. If the replicators took over the death star, it would be over for SW.

this battle would be taking place all over the universe, not just lined up. phased out they can still move, they could just unphase inside the ship and take over from there. So your theory is outnumbered, but 1 on 1 SG wins.
