Starfire is good but I don't see her handling steel ripping winds throwing her every which way very well. At the same time, a Starbolt is gonna go right through Reddy and if she hits anything vital, he's done for.
No idea which one is faster but Starfire can probably take Reddy's attack for longer. The only problem is that if he hits first, I'm not sure she'll be able to counterattack at all.
I think he could regeneration anything she does to him if she could get pass his tornado's and shield and own durability...does she need to breath cause he could just remove the oxygen from her..think i will go with Red T for now... don't know to much about starfire

Cyborg just upgraded RT with nanite technology that makes it incredibly hard to hurt him. He can shapeshift, and he immediately heals from any damage.
