Ms. Marvel would take this, probably very easily. Starfire converts sunlight into an energy projectile attack. The attacks may hurt Ms. Marvel but ultimately she would absorb them. This is very bad news for Starfire. I also think that Ms. Marvel outclasses Starfire in strength, speed and certainly fighting ability.

Ms. Marvel isn't invincible. Not even close. People just need to stop putting her in battles against characters that would power Ms. Marvel enough where she could go Binary.
@erik: I'm not sure if Ms Marvel actually outclasses star in strength I'm pretty sure she does not in fighting ability and I don't really know for speed. But being able to absorb kory's starbolts would be a big problem

I don't see how Starbolts would effect someone who absorbs massive amounts of energy.

And the way star seems to like to shoot first ask questions later that could be a serious possibility
