So where does she face them? Sandman and Clayface can be a real problems depending on where she meets them.

Is it all at once or one at a time?

If one on one:

Sandman: will depend on location, odds are her starbolts can turn him into glass.

Clayface: will depend on location, odds are that her starbolts can make the water in his clay evaporate, causing him to dry out.

Doc Ock: Starfire wins

Deadpool: will depend on location, he could snipe her from afar, upclose however i think she will pull his arms off and shove them down his throat.

Hydro-Man: Will need more info on that one.

Rhino: Will depend on if she notices his unarmored face.

Chamelion: See Deadpool

Black Mask: She hits him once.

Starfire should be able to defeat them all, easily.
