Even without the Phoenix Force, Jean Grey is an Omega-level mutant. Since you specified that Raven has the powers she had in the animated tv show, does that mean that we are using the tv show versions of Raven and Starfire in this fight? If that's the case, then Storm could solo both of them. Jean is just overkill.
I'll give this to storm and jean grey. Jean can just blows up Starfire's mind. Raven has protection against telepathic assaults, but without starfire, she can't defeat storm and jean grey
Keep in mind, Storm and Jean Grey are no amateurs. Storm is faster than lightning while Jean Grey's power works with only a thought. I think Starfire could be taken out fairly easily, but Raven might be another story. As much as I'd like to hand it to team 1, they are sadly outclassed.

Storm is not fast as lightning she would be the first one out Raven and Jean would keep each other busy adn after Kory takes out Storm then they double team Jean fairly easy win
@Sherlock: That may be true, but I honestly believe that Storm won't be taken out easily. If it seriously came down to speed, both Jean and Storm would have the advantage because both their powers are summonded at the speed of thought. Starfire is great, but I don't think she could handle Storm.

Raven's powers work at the speed of thought as well and Starfire's work even faster.

True. Plus, Raven has the ability of teleportation which would give her an edge over Jean Grey. Still not sure about Kory taking out Ororo but as much as I hate to say it, I'm more leaning toward Raven and Starfire. But it won't be an easy fight. Plus, what would stop Jean from levitating both of them making sure they are unable to move while she and Storm pick them off one by one?

that is wrong... jean is probably one of the best telekinetics in the marvel universe.. they work at a molecular level, fined tuned to the point that she can rearrange matter... her TK is so advanced that it was called telekinetic godhood.. she could feel the individual atoms that made up let's say a fork and manipulate its basic components of her mind... she does this without phoenix now... which is why is and omega level mutant
