I read that Starbreaker is sort of similar to Galactus. It says here that "Starbreaker is a cosmic vampire that feeds off the energy of stars, and planets".It's pretty much just like Galactus. He is the "Devourer Of Worlds". His power comes from how satiated his hunger is by "eating" planets.
Current iteration, I'd say I don't know because I haven't seen many of Starbreaker's feats. Based on what's written on the tin, though, Starbreakers powers seem like they should be greater. Against Pre-Crisis Starbreaker, who fought PC-Superman without blinking....Galactus is dead instantly.
Yeah he is pretty much a Galactus rip off....ppl keep calling Anti-monitor that but just because of there look I guess. I dunno where that comes from but Starbreaker is like Galactus in alot of ways. Galactus wins this.

@Nelomaxwell: I used to like wrestlers who looked like comic book characters (Jusin Thunderliger, Ultimo Dragon), but I hate comic book characters that look like wrestlers. Especially ones that look like Mickey Rourke from "The Wrestler"

Actually, the Presence is above omnipotence and can own every other Omnipotent from every other universe. I'm a massive Presence fanboy by the way. :P He's my all-time favorite character because of how powerful he is. He can beat every single character ever made and is above omnipotent. :P
I don't get why everybody is saying Galactus. Starbreaker is a fully evolved sun-eater. The star-eaters we know are larva, and they're galaxy busters. Starbreaker is said to be a universe buster.
