Star Wars vs The Avengers...

Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, Giant-Man, The Hulk & Hawkeye vs Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader, Yoda, Han Solo, Chewbacca and Boba Fett. Who wins?

Are these from the movies or from the comics? Witch versions of the characters are we talking about here? Hulk Buster Iron Man, Grand Master Luke?

With the ambiguous rules and all, we have to assume this is a battle between all current versions. EU is allowed but non-canon is not allowed for either side.

In that case Team 2 should win.

Battle forum rules aren't retroactive. It's the versions of the characters at the time it was made.

Besides, who said "non-canon" characters aren't allowed? And canon to what? It's all "Legends EU" now. People still use Ultimate Marvel and Earth-2 characters, and this stuff regarding a clean Star Wars slate should be the same type of deal.

SW Legends is not "Non-canon". It's just a different reality. It's more akin to Marvel's Ultimate Universe.

The Avengers have more major players than the Star Wars team, as well as the teamwork advantage. I thin the capes win, unless they all get Force choked straight away, but i'm not sure that would work on all of the Avengers, and they have some seriously fast attacks, too. It seems close, what with the ridonkulous EU feats some of the Wars characters have, but i'm still inclined to go with the capes.

@afueikawa: If it's not stated, we use the standard versions. Never is it assumed that we use amped versions unless it is outright stated.

@silverrings: The star wars team 100% because they got lightsabers, Yoda, Darth Vader, and Luke. Reflexes for Jedi are amazing, Hulk is the first to die because light sabers pretty much slice him too pieces and his attacks are kinda slow to hit a jedi and i faggot to mention just by blocking the jedi already sliced his fists, others like cap and hawkeye are just a nuisance, Darth Vader has ripped giant robots using his force so Iron Man just gets torn apart other than the factor his suit was made to survive a nuke but that won't help having his armor torn piece by piece. Thor is the only factor here but still gets sliced by lightsabers.

This looks like the original avengers. Where's wasp, quicksilver, scarlet witch, and the vision...
