Team 1 pretty easily. Star-Lords Element Gun being a big factor. Lightning Strikes them both down. Plus Deadpool rolls a couple grenades their way and laughs.
Am a huge bat fan, but team 1 takes this due to star lords element gun and deadpools regeneration. I like da way when these guys write rules like "random encounter" bcoz they know that with prep bats and DS takes this.

i cant believe u just said hes not peak human SMH and team 2 because deathstroke has a healing factor too and can use 90% of his brain add batman and yea i would like too team 1 try
Team 1. What are they even gonna do to Deadpool with his regeneration? I think he could really take either one. At the very least Starlord could just fly up and evade, blast away at the ground with enough power to take out everyone. Deadpool would survive and they wouldn't

To be honest, he has only used his Element gun a handful of times since his retcon, and it's been only against fodder, so there is not really a great measuring stick for Star-Lord yet. Hopefully this changes soon with his new on-going allowing him to be in front of the action a little more.

There are a couple different periods where Star-Lord's abilities were different. Here's a quick breakdown.
Classic Star-Lord
Flight
Faster then light speed
Element Gun with no limits to it's power output. The element gun could project fire, water, and wind, and it could manipulate the earth. He's summoned hurricanes, and entire ocean's worth of water with it.
Healing Factor
Master of all things Mechanical. If he touched something mechanical, he instantly understood it completely.
His body could survive in space
He could read, write, understand, and speak every language possible
Master Swordsman
Master Marksman
Martial Artist abilties
Enhanced Durbaility. He once survived a black hole.
He also had a living ship, that was a former star that went supernova.
Cyborg Star-Lord
Star-Lord lost his powers in a confrontation with the Fallen One. He then gave himself cyborg implants.
Perfect recall. (Perfect memory.
Ability to see in multiple spectrums.
That's about it.
Annihlation Conquest to Cancerverse Star-Lord
Star-Lord has his implants removed, and is basically a normal human. He does have:
Two Kree submachine guns
Guardians of the Galaxy uniform that grants him enhanced durability and the ability to survive in space.
Other then that, he's just a great strategist and leader.
Current Star-Lord
This is Star-Lord back from the Cancer-Verse. He originally was supposed to only have a brief part of his origin changed, but he has been fully re-written from basically everything before Annihilation. He's almost movie Star-Lord brought into the 616 universe, and his original origin is being ignored.
Mask that allows him to survive in space
Element gun - has only demonstrated shooting electricity
Boot rockets (like the movie)
Probably more to come as his solo series continues.
@darkgenex: batman is clearly peak human, it's been stated multiple times in comics, the fact that you said he isn't means you know absolutely nothing about the character
