If Walt was still around, he would probably make a deal with Stan and make something beautiful. He would also go ape sh*t and backhand all those responsible for Miley Cyrus, the Jonas brothers, etc.

Stan Lee is most definitely the better writer. Plus, he would probably remove his glasses and blast Walt Disney, Cyclops style.

Stan lee has created marvel which appeals to people of all ages. whereas disney has created characters who really only appeal to a younger audience.
