they can only fight with their fist and powers and the battle takes place on planet vegeta(before frezia destroyed it)
Goku would win due to SS4 vegeta being featless and having no real techniques shown whereas Goku has a plethora of things to use against vegeta. One 10x Kamehameha and it's all over
