I think despite few feats, Cosmic Armor itself can give Galactus a whole heap of troubles.

And like whydama said there is no 100% fed galactus the closest we have is Black Celestial Arc (non canon) where he was an omniversal threat, so out best guess is Galactus would "probably" be at that power level, although being a non canon encounter its hard to present that as a hard and fast feat.

Bear in mind that there is no power cosmic and power cosmic, which could alter the battle significantly.

Galactus has no magic and has trouble with Odins psychic assault, most older versions of superman would absolutely wreck Galactus. Really unfair. Also, 100% Galactus is a myth. If there ever was a 100% version, it was billions of years ago when he didn't need to feed so often.

Prime is enough to solo fully fed galactus, Cosmic armor will roflstomp galactus soo easy it's not even funny.

Don't think Prime could take on Galactus himself, especially with Power Cosmic. CA thought might, can someone elaborate on CA's feats?

The Thought Robot is a multiversal level character who's hand is bigger than a universe. He beat the daylight out of Mandrakk, who was a threat to each and every monitor, and nearly ate the DC multiverse. Based on those feats, he stomps Galactus, regardless of his hunger satisfaction.

Galactus went on a eating frenzy, and his power even concerned LT. Bear in mind, LT wasn't concerned when Thanos held the IG. Even though, that Galactus isn't cannon, we'll use him in this battle.

Non cannon instances can't be used for battles, otherwise Post-Crisis Darkseid vs Galactus would be a fight.

This is a huge mismatch CA supes solos any galactus, and prime may pose more than a threat alone this is a curbstomp
