Squirrel Girl, because she's essentially PIS if it decided to assume physical form of some kind. The fact that she was able to effortlessly stomp Doctor Doom and Thanos gauges her on a level of the most powerful PIS ever encountered in Marvel. NOTHING is beating that much PIS, unless Marvel decides to pull something even DUMBER and have an Aunt May-level character destroy Galactus by flinging poo at his face or something to that effect.

Well for Thanos, it has been retconned to being a Thanosi in She hulk volume 2, Issue 13, by Dan Sloth, who wrote Great Lakes X-Mas special where the scan is from. It was stated that the clone was good enough to fool even the "most cosmic of beings".

No, when Batman beats people, more often than not it's simple PIS/WIS. The Thanos instance however, is literally the writer trolling us. He knew Squirrel Girl can't beat Thanos, and he knew how mad people would get if she did.
