Being over the ocean doesn't mean that she can't summon the squirrels. With the PF she will just summon them and then let them fly using TK. She stomps anyway, also without the squirrels.

I know you tried to make this fight fair by downgrading Squirrel Girl and giving her the PF, but even with this Superman stands no chance.
