Round 1: Squidward easily just hates everybody and has that as a part of his personality. Benson is just a tough manager, who doesn't like games
Round 2: Benson could win in so many ways. Anger build up, drum explosion, just a pure fight, etc etc. Squidward does have more toonforce, but toonforce cause inconsistency.
