how i thought cloud was bred for battle?

Squall has stronger limit breaks. Lionheart can do up to 200,000 points of damage. But, you should have been more specific on how you wanted the battle.

just an all out natural battle. nothing like what goes on in the games more like the movie.

That donkrieg76543 dude went on a forum rampage with Sephiroth battles and I got pissed and killed him.

Sephiroth isn't as invincible as people make him out to be. Sure, he's powerful, but he's just that. Cloud can only beat him because of his whole "main character" position. Squall could beat him because he's awesome.

That's creepy. What if the battle wasn't to the death and they agreed on whoever won got to get their own airship created by Cid with their own modifications? Now Resonate correct me if I'm wrong but Cloud is the only person who can beat Sephiroth right?

Hmmm, I thought that when Sora beat Sephiroth Sephiroth said something about Cloud being the only one able to actually defeat him.

KH is completely irrelevant. The characters aren't the same at all

I'm shocked at how many people correctly picked Squall.

Pleasantly shocked, I mean. No slight to Cloud, but Squall's been formally trained since age 8. Out of all the students at Balamb Garden (over 500 if I'm not mistaken), only TWO can handle a gunblade.

It was Squall who beat Ultimecia. I don't think Cloud can beat Ultimecia.

Heck, Squall defeated Griever, who was what he thought was unbeatable.
