It would like this : Goku charges energy. Then the bomb started and flyes directly to goku.

goku Charges and charges and charges but it's not enough.. suddently the bomb hits goku... Goku has no scratch. Then the second is fired again no scratch on goku. Finnaly the spirit bomb is charged. But now three nukes of them are fired at same time... He fires the spirit bomb and the spirit bomb pulverizes the nukes before the nukes hits the spirit bomb because of his energy. Son goku won. But spirit bomb hits earth and everythink blows up. Goku dies in universe.

Our world nuclear arsenall can only wipe out 0.01% of the planet's surface. Spirit bomb wins flawlesly.
