Not really >_>. I know jack about Black Widow in comics.

I know Spike is a terrific H2H fighter and a very good gunmen. He single handily assaulted a hotel full of gangster and took them all out by himself.

I think Black Widow round 1 and Spike round 2. BW, if the little I know means anything, has some good gadgets as well as skill. Just hand to hand I think spike's... unique fighting style would take it.
