1st Round:

• Random encounter
• Battle takes place on grassy field
• 30 feet starting distance

2nd Round:

• Batman & Joker have 1 day of prep
• Mugen and Spike have 3 days of prep (all resources from allies)
• Battle takes place in Warehouse set-up by Batman & Joker.

3rd Round:

• Batman has Batwing
• Joker on top with rotating chair and Ak-47
• Spike has Swordfish 2
• Mugen on top with rotating chair and Ak-47
• Infinite ammo
• Dog fight across the skies of Gotham

@Soothing_Sounds: Mugen is boss! :P Anyway I'd say Batman & Joker all rounds. Except maybe 2 because Spike & Mugen get help from others.
